Perfect Fit Assurance

The responsibility rests with the house.

At Enzo Custom, fit is not a gamble. It is a responsibility we assume fully.

Every garment is commissioned to your measurements, posture, and preferences, then reviewed and refined in person. Fit decisions are made in the showroom, by your clothier — not by algorithm or automated judgment.

If adjustments are required, they are handled deliberately and correctly — without friction, defensiveness, or uncertainty.

Fit is not judged at the mirror. It is judged in motion, posture, and wear.

What the Assurance Covers

When your garment arrives, your clothier will schedule a fitting in the showroom to evaluate balance, proportion, and comfort. Within thirty days of that fitting, all alterations required to achieve the intended fit are included — performed to the same standards applied during initial construction, and evaluated holistically rather than piecemeal.

On rare occasions, a garment may require more than refinement. If a commissioned piece cannot be brought to the correct fit through responsible tailoring, we will remake the garment.

A remake is not a concession. It is a commitment to the standard under which the garment was commissioned.

After the Assurance Period

After thirty days, further alterations remain available as ongoing wardrobe maintenance, priced accordingly. This allows garments to evolve naturally over time as posture, preferences, or use change.

Commissioned clothing is meant to be refined, not frozen.

Why This Matters

Fit is not subjective when handled correctly. It is the result of experience, observation, and continuity.

Our assurance allows you to commission with confidence, knowing that the responsibility for the final outcome does not rest on you alone.

That responsibility rests with Enzo Custom.

This is how a house stands behind its work.
